DOOMS DAY A COMING
Life was quiet, life was peaceful, life was fun, until ... EXAMS! WAAAAAAAAAAAHH! Well, it ain't that bad actually. But with exams starting in less than a week now, everyone has decided to huddle in their room or in the library to forcefully inject knowledge into their brains which should have been there about ... hmmm ... maybe ... four months ago D= Personally, I think I am pretty good, since I am only trying to learn stuff from about 2 months ago :P But hey, I working hard and progressing at a steady rate to my goal of a Distinction average. Well, maybe not a goal, but like a requirement to keep my course, sigh, that's what I get for wanting to add an extra 'Advanced' on to my degree. But I feel its a very reachable, I think everyone can actually get D averages, as long as they work hard and try their best at the exam. Well, everyone says this. But I really believe everyone can excel at something as long as they are passionate about it and work hard at it. My dad used to say (maybe he still says it now) 'Money makes the world go round'. I reckon its Passion that makes the world go round. But everyone is entitled to their opinion, just that there are some better opinions LIKE MINE! BWAHAHAHAHAAHAH nah, all are good as long as it is supported. But yeah, I should get back to studying instead of typing my thoughts and idea on this digital canvas of mine. ttyl

What do I talk about this time......
My awesome friends and little ol me had planned to spend and epic day together last Sunday. But sadly our plans slowly came crumbling down. First, on the Saturday I discovers that the restaurant we planned on going to opens at a later time than I thought. I was like "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! now what, should I change the train time, but then we might miss our booking for Karaoke ... WHAT TO DO! D=" Then I GENIUS of a friend suggested we go somewhere else for lunch then grab some snacks from their, BRILLIANT! So we decided on this nice little Japanese place, and everything seemed to be back on track. oooooooohhh, I was soooooo wroooong. So our slightly road clogging oversize group strolled down the street looking forward to and affordable (maybe a bit on the cheap side =D) Japanese food. But when I stood in front of an empty restaurant with no lights on, I prayed it just had not open yet, But a crushing hammer smashed my hopes. Acutually, more like a simple rectangular red sight with six letters of DOOOM ... C-L-O-S-E-D! I had lead my friends down a damp long road to a closed restaurant, I felt so ashamed and like a failure. So instead we ended up going to different restaurants on the road, some the a burger joint, others to a Chinese place, and others to a nice little cafe. Not what I had intended, but things seem to settle back down. BUT NOOOOOOO, something else had to go down the abyssal track. One of my friends rang up the intial restaurant (the one that opened later than I expected) was not going to open today because the owner wanted to spend time with her daughter on Mother's Day. As much as I found that sweet, I once again felt like I failed the group as my plan went down the drain. After this chain of failures, we made it to Karaoke. and Guess what, I SCREWED UP AGAIN! not. haha, got you there. There was bound to be a limit of stuff ups and I'm glad it ended there. So, we had a blast singing, laughing, and drinking at Karaoke, having a blast away from the horrors of University. Then there was one particular person who surprised us and herself with a manly screamer voice, a friend of mine began to question her gender :P But in the end it was a HALLELUIAH of a day which ended with a nice dinner with a few of my friends who choose to eat out. HOWS THAT FOR A SECOND POST HUH? (no intention of aggravation, just showing enthusiasm) ttyl

MY FIRST POST! WOOOOT!
Hello big world internet world! THIS IS MY FIRST BLOG POST! But what am I actually meant to say here. Well, the reason I choose to create this blog I guess is because a few my of my friends, which means almost ALL of them, have their own blogs and post on average ... umm ... EVERYDAY. So, I was curious to see what the hype was all about. And I guess I am starting to see what the hype is about as I am typing up this post. It just feels quite satisfying to just unwind and type away freely without worrying about a word limit, a due date, the research notes, grammar, spelling mistakes; well the last two you need to think a bit about I guess. Also, I guess a blog is like your personal frame in the museum called the world wide web, you get to put what you want to display in this frame and show it off to your followers who come buy to your frame once in a while or simply for randoms who like to take a simple stroll through the corridors and you work catches and draws them. But in the end, its your piece of art, you can do what you want with it (within the terms and conditions of Blogger and Google) and then show the world. Wow, this is very ... hmm ... whats the word I am looking for ... relaxing I guess. I am not much of and English student, in fact I am taking science and aiming to major in maths, so do not expect really elaborate stuff from me, unless its like a math equation which barely a quarter of you would understand. Jokes, I will leave math in my exercise book where it belongs, not on my canvas of words. Okay, not canvas cause I am not an artist, how about paper ... yep, paper is good. Well, I think that is pretty decent start to a newbie blogger like me. Hopefully as time goes on the quality of these get better and more interesting. But I doubt I will blog every hour of everyday though like my friends, which are probably reading this and going "I don't blog everyday, your over-exaggerating it, hmph!" Well, that is all from me for now, ttyl.
